Hi Tim owner and designer here. About to have another Friday night Happy Hour at Off The Square, there is post earthquake activity, but interesting and safe. The hotel being unaffected inside in any structural way. All is calm. Had an advertisement in the Christchurch Press today, page 2, lower right corner. A little sketch, and Off The Square, the Ultra Boutique hotel amongst the tall buildings of Christchurch.

A big point is the wonderful comments daily about finding such a different and great hotel. This last week, from Halifax Canada guests, “The most outstanding hotel experience we have had in six weeks in Australia and New Zealand. Tim and the staff are exceptional”.

Well the school holidays are passed, but if you talk to staff, they will strike a rate for the second room for your kids, as possible with occupancy levels. We like to be helpful.  We are a child friendly hotel. Little ones can be in an adjoining room. Teenagers could have a room to themselves.
